NegoLead Training Workshops
Negotiation, leadership, and strategy are not innate talents. They are learnable disciplines — and for professionals who operate in demanding, high-stakes environments, developing them deliberately is not optional. NegoLead offers two sets of advanced training workshops designed to develop exactly that: the analytical depth, practical skill, and behavioural capacity to negotiate, lead, and act strategically under real conditions of pressure, complexity, and uncertainty.
The two workshop sets are Skilful Negotiation and Leadership, Strategy, and Decision-Making. The Skilful Negotiation set comprises six blocks; the Leadership, Strategy, and Decision-Making set comprises two. All blocks are highly interactive, combining role plays, simulations, case studies, group discussions, and structured debriefs.
Blocks can be taken individually or combined into half-day, full-day, or multi-day programmes according to your organisation’s needs and priorities. Each block runs for 4 hours with a 15-minute break. Groups range from 12 to 30 participants.
